Missing CRM Leads

We found 6 Free Trial users whose accounts were successfully created in Wisanna, but never synced to Zoho CRM. This suggests a bug in the CRM lead push workflow.

Strategic Takeaway: Free Trials exhibit significantly weaker intent compared to Demo conversions. Over half (52.4%) of trial users "barely try" the system (< 3 meaningful actions), and a massive portion use personal emails, suggesting poor target audience fit. Conversion from trial to paid is only 4%. Direct Paid users commit harder, with 87% engaging beyond surface exploration.
